    COURS INTRODUCTION

    This course is intended for first year law students. The first legitimate question one can ask : 


    What is the benefit of teaching contemporary economics for the future lawyers and jurists? However, the reasons are multiple.


    · First of all, the economy is inseparable from the everyday life of men, all the problems that surround us are of economic nature.


    · Moreover, early on, the student finds himself confronted with the question of choosing a specialty. He will quickly realize that this choice is dependent on the economic situation of the country.


    · He is therefore required to make economic decisions. Then, as a member engaged in active life and participating in the activity of the company, he is forced to interpret and understand economic issues such as production, productivity, consumption, investment, inflation, foreign trade, competitiveness, etc.


    · All these concepts are essential for decision-making.


    To do this, this course is designed in advance to introduce the economic aspect and analysis and to allow the student to acquire the basic notions and knowledge necessary to understand the economic term and to relate the economic analysis, law and political science.

    هذا الدرس موجه لطلبة السنة الأولى ليسانس حقوق. تم تصميمه لتقديم مجموعة من المفاهيم الاقتصادية وجوانب التحليل الاقتصادي والسماح للطالب باكتساب المعارف الأساسية لفهم المصطلحات الاقتصادية والربط بين التحليل الاقتصادي والقانون والعلوم السياسية.

  • COURS OBJECTIVES

    By the end of this course,  the student will be able to :

    - acquire the ability to understand the economic terms, 

    - understand the importance of economic knowledge in the legal world,

    - identify the inferences of different economic mechanisms on daily life,

    - link economic analysis, law and political science.

    بنهاية هذا المقياس، سيتمكن الطالب من:

     ·         اكتساب المعرفة اللازمة لفهم المصطلحات الاقتصادية ،

    ·         فهم أهمية المعرفة الاقتصادية في العالم القانوني ،

    ·         تحديد انعكاسات مختلف الآليات الاقتصادية على الحياة اليومية ،

    ·         ربط التحليل الاقتصادي والقانون والعلوم السياسية.

    To fully understand this course, the student must first:

    · have a critical mind,

    · have a rich and diversified general culture.

    • Explore the intricate relationship between politics,economics and law,
    • Define the economic problem,
    • Grasp the concepts of scarcity , choice , tradeoffs, and opportunity cost, 
    • Conclude the importance of economics in real life.

  • Chapter 2: The concept of Political Economy and its topics

    By the end of this chapters, students will be able to:

    • Explore various definitions of economics, including its scope and objectives, with a focus on how economists analyze and address scarcity.
    • Examine different perspectives on wealth, including material wealth, well-being, and quality of life, and their relevance to economic analysis and policy-making.
    • Analyze the mechanical, organicist, and humanistic conceptions of economics, and implications for economic theory and practice.
    • Evaluate the relationship between economics and other applied and social sciences, including sociology, psychology, political science, and environmental science, exploring interdisciplinary approaches to understanding economic phenomena.
    • Enhance interdisciplinary understanding by exploring examples that illustrate the connections between economics and other social sciences, highlighting the complexity and interconnectedness of economic phenomena in contemporary society.

  • Chapitre 3 : Les courants théoriques en économie

    L'objectif de ce chapitre s'articule autour des principaux courants théoriques en économie politique notamment:

    • L"école classique
    • l'école socialiste 
    • l'école keynésienne 
    • l'école néoclassique 
    A la fin de ce chapitre, vous serez en mesure de:

    • connaître les fondements théoriques de chaque courant,
    • Identifier les théoriciens pionniers de chaque école, 
    • Analyser les antécédents et les conséquences économiques et sociales des différentes théories.

  • Chapitre 4 : L'économie islamique

    à la fin de ce chapitre l'étudiant devrait être en mesure de:

    • Définir l'économie dans la logique islamique, 
    • Apprendre les principaux axes qui façonnent l'économie dans l'islam,
    • Comprendre les principes de propriété, de liberté et de solidarité.
