Public International Law is a subject that belongs to the Dicovery Unit, it is directed to the 2nd year students of Law. Its main objective is to introduce the content of the legal rules that govern the international relations, especially between the States, the States and the other subjects like the international organizations.
This course (besides the other subjects) will help the students to acquire the knowledge that is necessary to make methodological analyses to several problematic issues that are witnessed on the international scale such as Treaties, disputes and wars.
Through a series of lectures, the student will understand the function of the Public International Law as well as its limitations, the fact that enables them to make critical analyses.
