This course aims to present the concept of governance applied to territories.
For the student, it is a question of acquisitive the importance of governance in the functioning of local territories knowing that the local territory is the most relevant scale of implementation policies, and regulations by involving different territorial stakeholders. This course targets L 3 GAT students.
By this course, productive and constructive
