This course is intended for third year finance students
The pedagogy used will be andragogy which will be associated with active pedagogy. The theoretical presentation will be accompanied by slides and practical examples from participants' own experiences. Case studies will be discussed in groups and group discussions on articles or topics will be encouraged. A booklet will be made available to learners. The course will be supported by literature and articles from leading experts in management control.

General Objective:
The objective of this course is to strengthen each student’s knowledge in management control. The aim is to help learners: - to know and master basic concepts of management control; - to master the different tools of management control;
• Understand the philosophy of management control and its objectives;
• Understand the management control process;
• Identify management control tools;
• Understand the spirit of value creation and its impact on business profitability;
• Discover the balanced score card.
