The Entrepreneurship module is designed to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, principles, and practices of entrepreneurship and to develop their ability to transform ideas into feasible entrepreneurial projects. The module provides students with an understanding of entrepreneurship, the entrepreneur, and different types of enterprises, while introducing essential tools such as the business model, the Business Model Canvas, value proposition, and market validation. Particular attention is given to the different stages of project development, from identifying an opportunity and assessing its feasibility to planning, implementation, and evaluation. The course also familiarizes students with the university entrepreneurship framework in Algeria, including the role of Entrepreneurship Development Centres (Centres de Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat CDEs), university incubators, and available financing mechanisms. By the end of the module, students will be able to understand the entrepreneurial process, assess the potential of a business idea, develop a basic business model, identify market needs, and present a coherent entrepreneurial project adapted to a specific context.

The Reading and Writing Workshop is a core module designed to develop students' academic literacy through the integrated practice of critical reading and academic writing. Grounded in the principle that reading and writing are mutually reinforcing processes, the module enables students to engage critically with a range of academic, professional, and creative texts while developing the analytical, rhetorical, and linguistic competencies required in higher education. Emphasis is placed on the production of coherent, well-structured, and purpose-driven writing through the systematic development of critical thinking, genre awareness, and effective written communication. By the end of the module, students will be equipped to communicate with clarity, precision, and academic integrity across a variety of scholarly and professional contexts.
