يهدف هذا المقياس إلى تمكين الطلبة من فهم الهياكل التنظيمية وآليات عملها داخل المؤسسات المعاصرة. يتناول الأسس النظرية للتنظيم، وأنماط مينتزبرغ، وآليات التنسيق، وعوامل التكيّف التنظيمي. كما يركّز المقرر على عمليات تصميم الهيكلة، والتغيير التنظيمي، والأشكال الحديثة للتنظيم مثل المؤسسة المتحرّرة والحَوْكَمة الذاتية. ومن خلال دراسة حالات واقعية وتحليل مؤسسات مختلفة، يطوّر الطلبة رؤية شمولية للعلاقة بين التكنولوجيا والاستراتيجية والهيكلة، مما يسمح لهم بفهم رهانات المرونة والأداء في بيئة متحوّلة باستمرار.

Welcome to Business English course. During the lessons, we will give you detailed explanations and thorough practice of the key business words, expressions and concepts and grammar rules you need to know for your business studies or in your working life.
To ensure that the language you learn is relevant for workplace, in the course, we use example of sentences updated to database of English language from a range of print and spoken sources. You can, therefore, be sure that any example is an authentic use of English in a business context.
