These lecture series are designed specifically for doctoral students of Literature. They aim to treat classical and contemporary British literature from fresh perspectives, using modern theoretical concepts. It covers different ages from Shakespeare, Eliot to Orwell, Byatt, and McEwan.
The seminars encourage students to do research and be professional critics as they tempt to read and write critical essays on the British text and related contemporary issues.
